Customer Service Department deals with matters connected with services provided by the Company for individual as well as corporate clients. Our staff will help You with accomplishment of all the formalities in the following areas:
- preparing wastewater disposal agreements
- preparing connection agreements
- managing customer data (changes to names, addresses etc.)
- drawing up petitions to conclude and/or terminate an agreement
- handling payments connected with wastewater disposal services
- admitting complaints
