Graduated from the Faculty of Mining Machinery at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
Accomplished postgraduate programmes of studies in the fields of Patent Law at the University of Silesia and Corporate Finance Management at the University of Economics in Katowice.
Additionally, accomplished postgraduate programme of studies in the field of European Funds Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), graduated from the School of Controlling and completed courses in ISO implementation. Has been a patent agent and an expert in technology transfers and technical innovations implementation. Is creator of several patents. Completed numerous courses in implementation of the latest ecological techniques and environment management.
Since 2001, apart from holding Chairman position at the Regionalne Centrum Gospodarki Wodno-Ściekowej S.A., has also performed the function of Chairman at the Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Tychy.
Has actively participated in various expert and counselling teams. Has been a member of the District Employment Council and Water Management Council of the District Water Management Board in Gliwice.
In April 2005 was appointed by the President of Tychy to the position of President's Representative for the implementation of the Wastewater Management for the City of Tychy project (MAO), which has been co-financed by the European Cohesion Fund.
In 2002 received the Integrator of the Year title awarded by the President of Tychy. Moreover, in 2006 was presented with the Green Cheque – individual award bestowed for achievements in Pro-ecological Investments by the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (WFOŚiGW) in Katowice. Also received multiple honours such as the Golden Award granted by the Minister of the Environment for Distinguished Environment Protection and Water Management and the Golden Award for Distinguished Services to  Silesian Province.
In 2009 Silesian Association of Managers awarded him with the title of Manager of the Year 2008 in the Silesian Region. Furthermore, the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice has bestowed him with the Platinum Laurel of Skills and Competences 2009 for many years of effective business activity.
2010 was another year of hard work for him at RCGW S.A. aiming at raising standards of business activity and concluding Wastewater Management for the City of Tychy project. As a sign of appreciation, he was awarded with the title of Exquisite Leader 2010 for his enormous involvement into the improvement of the Company and consistent implementation of its vision.
