Department of Sewerage System
Department of Sewerage System currently manages and administers sewerage systems, as well as it performs numerous activities connected with issuing terms of conditions, settlements, commissioning, system operating and technical assistance provided for the purposes of the sewerage system built as part of the Wastewater Management for the City of Tychy project, but also for the purposes of RCGW S.A. itself.
Our staff is to customers' disposal Mon-Fri,
from 7.30 am to 3.30 pm.
The Department of Sewerage System is mainly responsible for:
- Commissioning sewage connections,
- Handling discipline-specific inspections,
- Field examination of the reported failures and other faults in the functioning of the sewerage system,
- Servicing residents and providing technical assistance in the activities connected with sewage connections and sewerage system operation within the framework of full and/or simplified procedures,
- Issuing technical terms of conditions for the sewerage systems within the framework of the full procedures (properties which are not covered by the European project),
- Negotiating technical documentation for connections built within the framework of the full procedure,
- Issuing discipline-specific and location agreements,
- Issuing technical terms of conditions for the sewerage system within the framework of the simplified procedure (properties which are covered by the European project),
- Managing correspondence connected with RCGW S.A.'s sewerage systems,
- Servicing residents and providing technical assistance for the sewerage system connection activities,
- Coordinating activities connected with submitted applications and investment procedures for sewerage systems built by RCGW S.A. as part of its own objectives.
